Bring back a guy who is recovering from hamstring surgery to replace a guy who can’t recover from hamstring surgery. Very Celticy of us.

Hi @ScotlandSky any reason why Neil Lennon and Aidan Mcgeady didn’t wish everyone a happy new year? Fucking rats.

There was folk desperate for that to be off today. 😂 Shite conditions and performance. But it’s 3 points and avoiding a rearranged fixture in an already packed schedule. Job done. 👍

Cannot for the life of me understand how anyone can look at Murray and Scales and think they’re fit to be Celtic centre backs. Get on the inside track of Murray and he’s finished. Leave scales on the ball and he’ll give you it back.

This game is going to be decided on who can adapt to the wind. It’s not going up or down the pitch but coming right across it. Cross balls are going to be lethal. Goalkeepers nightmare.

Nygren sleeping and Murray just staring right at him. Amateur hour defending again.

Quite a few wanted him here…

The state of the political discourse in this country is that everything is mutually exclusive to each other and it’s nuts. As mentioned, nobody will devalue importance of dealing with poverty. But this screwball would collapse society in 2 days by making it the single issue 24/7
'Is that a really good use of his time?' 'Raising money for a cancer charity?' The Green Party's @floschechter brands Andy Burnham going on Gogglebox as 'ridiculous'.

Unsure if the amber warning will be enough to see Celtic v Hibs fall to postponement. October 2023 was the last time there was postponements based on a warning from the Met Office, but only red areas were off and amber remained. Edinburgh is amber for tomorrow.

The vitriol with which some want rid of MON has always made me uneasy, but, it doesn’t mean I think he should stay. A sensible approach would be to find a replacement who can take over Day 1 of the international break. Give 8 weeks to assess the squad and rebuild in January.

I fear if we wait until June, there’s too much work to do on making us a European outfit and we could experience another season of this even under a new manager. Allowing someone to assemble a squad with two windows gives you a fair crack at UCL qualification.

I’m sure it’ll still rumble on but the first goal should finish the Murray debate. Got wrong side and ball watching to track his man. Second goal is the obligatory edge of the box giveaway that we’re obsessed with.

The duality of Hasseim Hassan. Lacklustre and terribly lazy in defending then carries you 90 yards up the pitch and wins a corner. It’s a fine balance on risk. But one you just need to accept if he’s in the side.

We’ve not carried anywhere near the same level of threat as Sunday despite setting up very similar. Not threatened enough, tbf they’ve been limited to clear chances too. Feel we could go up a gear.

Probably the thickest cunt on this app. If I had a pound for every fake email from the National Lottery domain, then ironically I’d be a millionaire.

Course not, You are aware that the emails that where sent to the Scottish schools came from email accounts linked to the Saudi Government.

My favourite bit of this Celtic-Hearts fixture is the faux fear that Hearts had about attending Celtic Park again. Sneaking in the side entrance for “safety” as if they were being taken into a warzone. Just committed to the bit beyond belief. Amazing.

Thought we were lethal on the counter today. Really impressive, could’ve been more. Whether we can carry Hassan defensively in Europe is a question. Scales distribution very poor and despite playing well today we won’t get away with Murray. Plenty for MON to ponder for Thursday.

Martin O’Neill says Osmand was feeling tightness in his hamstring at HT but fit to continue. Took no risks given the injury he’s had and will manage him. Can’t ask too much too soon after being out.
