Last week, the @eu_mentupp Plenary Meeting M42 was held in Durres, Albania. All partners shared their progress in the past six months, and the status of the testing of the MENTUPP Hub in #construction,
#healthcare, and #ICT SMEs across Europe and Australia.

March 1 is 'Self-Injury Awareness Day', or #SIAD
I'm proud to be a part of the @eu_mentupp consortium who published a #policybrief today highlighting the importance of healthy workplaces for mental wellbeing with recommendations for proactive prevention: tinyurl.com/34f4mfsn
Great to see our #systematicreview of interventions to reduce #mentalhealth stigma in the workplace, led by @tmonika85, published in @BMJ_Open!
This key informative review to @eu_mentupp project is available #openaccess: bmjopen.bmj.com/content/13/2…
It was encouraging to find a significant reduction in stigmatising attitudes in almost all studies (20/22) with effects appearing independent of company size.
Online interventions, though shorter, seemed to be as effective as face-to-face interventions:

Brilliant few days @karolinskainst, great to exchange knowledge and experiences of conducting participatory, organisational-level intervention research with a passionate and pioneering team!
Look forward to continued collaboration!

Tangible recommendations are included to support organisations in preventing the sources of #stress that pose a risk to #mentalhealthatwork, in particular addressing psychosocial risk factors:

The physical and psychological demands on #wildlandfirefighters have never been higher.
Newly published collaborative #research from @ONforestfires, @LancasterUni, @CROSH_CRSST, @sandradorman1 and I evaluated two intervention programs!
