certstream-server relies on the URL https://www.gstatic.com/ct/log_list/all_logs_list.json which went offline. I replaced this URL with the V3 URL and adapted the file format.

Check out our public #certstream metrics! p.datadoghq.com/sb/e72980047… TL;DR 🌊 Certstream processes ~8M certificates/hour == ~130k certificates/min == ~2,000 certificates every second on average!

Derp! Messed up the math by an order of magnitude 🤦‍♂️. Numbers are ~650,000 certs/hour == ~11,000 certs/min == ~180 certs every second
