It’s been an honour and a privilege to have been @HadCC_Suffolk Secretary for the last 16 years. I’ve been proud to play a small role in how we’ve developed and what we’ve achieved. But now it's time to hand the Minutes over. AOB: yes, campervanning!

March 16, 2024. First parkrun as a Couch to 5K graduate. March 16, 2025. First half marathon. This is getting out of hand mate.

Alex Palmer obviously. Oh, hang on ... 😠

No

An amazing experience running through the streets of the capital in the @London10K.

Absolutely loved the @IpswichTwilight 10k, my first proper race representing @HalsteadRR. Such a well organised and supported event. Running is hard, but sometimes it beats nicking off for a duck and dropping a dolly.

A true legend of @HadCC_Suffolk, and a huge character. I didn't get to watch him in his absolute prime but it was a privilege to play with him in his latter years, when the competitive fire still burned bright. I once gave him out in a friendly and he did not let me forget it!

500 games for @HadCC_Suffolk. It is a place and club very dear to our family, and it has been a privilege and a joy to play there since 1988, when we still played in black and white! Such a fantastic club to be involved with.

Brenner Woolley we love YOU!!

What was wrong with normal Joe Root?

As a person of no faith and having recently married into the CofE I didn't quite know what to expect from my first @greenbelt. Yes, Christianity is front and centre, but it is also an incredibly diverse, inclusive and radical festival. Absolutely loved it, esp OK Chorale!

He was the father of our club. Sincere condolences to his family. A desperately sad day.

Careful what you wish for. #itfc

A great gesture from John Beale, a dear friend of @HadCC_Suffolk - 50 years of his @WisdenAlmanack collection, which he has donated to the club. Hopefully these will raise a ton or two! Cheers Bealey 🏏📚

All hail the @HadCC_Suffolk blue army
