Just in: ‘Most Wanted Fraudster’ sentenced to 20 years. Herbert Kimble pleaded guilty to a conspiracy involving $365 million in fraudulent Medicare claims, DOJ says. More to know: -He was one of the first placed on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Fraudsters’ list on June 4th and was arrested days later in the Philippines. -DOJ says he ran offshore call centers and sham telemedicine companies that produced medically unnecessary orthotic brace prescriptions. That caused over $365 million in fraudulent claims. Medicare paid over $199 million, and DOJ says he personally profited more than $195 million. -A judge sentenced him to 240 months in prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States and failure to appear. He must forfeit over $195 million and pay Medicare over $199 million in restitution. "Today's sentence proves that fleeing overseas won't spare healthcare fraudsters from the reach of the Department of Justice," said Assistant Attorney General Colin M. McDonald of the Justice Department's National Fraud Enforcement Division. justice.gov/usao-sc/pr/fugit…

.@jsolomonReports, CEO of @JustTheNews, argues even a handful of noncitizen votes is too many: “Many more people died by other means than drunk driving, but we always try to stop drunk drivers. We should have the same commitment to our election system.”

Director of MRC Free Speech America @Michael_Mo14 says Biden’s HHS funded tech to police Americans’ social media posts: “There was grant money going to tech companies that would create artificial intelligence to comb through social media feeds and flag content for censorship.”

It was great to interview @SteveLanceNTD, host of NTD’s @CapitolReport, about his new documentary @ShenYunUnbroken. Americans are really underestimating the damage the CCP is doing, and even attempting to do, to this country.

Bart Marcois (@BMarcois), president of MPIC, says past presidents got the benefit of the doubt in high-stakes negotiations, but not President Trump: “There was always a bit of grace given to a president when dealing with a powerful enemy, because there’s an assumption that the president has some reason for what he’s doing.”

Will a 1% commission get more Americans to report fraud? Dr. @OJOleka of @SFOF_States hopes so: “If you are an American listening to this in the sound of my voice, I encourage you to participate. This is a way where you can help bring back trust into our institutions.” @NTDNews

Michael Morris (@Michael_Mo14) of MRC Free Speech America shares why HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won the third annual Free Speech Award: “He is actually curtailing censorship in several ways. He actually replaced bad leadership in the department. And then he’s also rooted out grants and taxpayer funding that went towards research on misinformation… that the government used to coordinate with tech companies to silence American speech.”

Riots and looting have hit several European countries, with more unrest expected. I spoke with Czech Senator @hraba_z about what’s behind it and what he says needs to happen next. Hraba says the protests began over school conditions and the cost of living, but were quickly hijacked. “The protests were exploited by far-left militant groups, financed from abroad, that attack European and Anglo-American civilization and want to destroy it.” He warns of what he calls a “red-green” alliance between far-left movements and Islamist groups. He says the far left wants to tear down Western institutions, while the Islamist side is seeking dominance over Judeo-Christian civilization. He says accusations of racism are being used to discredit those trying to restore law and order, and that conservative leaders must not be swayed by them. His solution: reject illegal migration entirely, limit legal migration, and carry out deportations. He calls deportations “a necessity” and points to Sweden as a warning. Closer to home, Hraba notes that Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has said he’s prepared to deploy the army to guard the border with Germany if needed. Conservative leaders from across Central Europe are set to meet in Prague to discuss how to keep the region safe.

Replying to @SenatorSlotkin
@SenatorSlotkin says she wants young people to think twice before working for the Trump administration. “I want them to be like, ‘Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don’t want.’ … I want that deterrence message sent.” So I asked young conservatives what they make of it. Andrew Joseph, president of the @RutgersGOP, says the comments are a personal attack on young GOP members and a wake-up call for conservatives to organize. Rutgers student Megyn Doyle says it’s only making her more determined to pursue a career in politics. Attorney Erin Mersino of @advocates4faith says Slotkin is wrong that government staffers have no protection, because qualified immunity covers many of their actions. Still, Mersino doesn’t want the senator punished. She says the better answer to unwise speech is wise speech. President @realDonaldTrump also weighed in, saying Slotkin wants to frighten young people away from ever working in his administration.
