Day 1 of our 30 day kick start fitness programme at Captain a Ted’s! We are going to be training for 40 minutes, 3 times a week with a personal trainer. Combined with a healthy eating plan we are hoping to feel and look better! We will update you with our weekly progress!

This week at Captain Ted's the children have been taken part in sponsored activities to raise money for Comic Relief! Look at all the Red nose day fun we've been having!!

A big Happy 7th Birthday to Oakly!!! He got a suprise at Captain Ted's tonight and the children loved signing to him🎂

It's all about CHRISTMAS now at Captain Ted's. Christmas themes craft weekdays at 10.30 and Christmas song time at 11am. The children loved getting messy with the paint and potato stamps today 🎄
