in fiction people who seek to be heroes are usually presented as sinister or naive but i have found that in real life you also sometimes meet a third sort where it’s just sad and uncomfortable to see someone so desperate to be admired which can be an interesting character too
people were after me for this but i do think it’s one reason everyone describes feeling meh on the human form of the beast like sure some of that is inherent, monster hot, etc. but it’s exaggerated by the fact that the design is just ok and several shots of him do not look great

i have no respect for people who hate criminal defense attorneys just as a baseline but i do wish people understood that when you see some crazy acquittal in the news that is almost always as much a result of a fatal error by the prosecutor as it some magic worked by the defense

a pretty out there concept or one that could easily be an indulgent nothing that the author is treating very seriously and thinking through at great depth. not exactly ‘crack treated seriously’ because crack to me means something a little more comedic than i’m talking about
everyone’s real problem these days is that we’ve lost the traditional family. without a father in your life to threaten his half brother at swordpoint in a way so hateful and phallic that you still feel some guilty arousal at the memory you’re going to end up with serious issues

i do believe that i exist in defiance of g-d just because i’m what happens when a hick and a jewess reproduce and i don’t think that was ever meant to happen. nobody was supposed to use yiddishisms in this accent. that’s prohibited somewhere i’m sure
i’ve read that the maga woman plastic surgery thing is a wealth display but i think it’s also about conspicuously performing femininity. a woman who does nothing to her appearance is always more hated than a woman in bad makeup/hair/etc. because she is refusing the performance
so even though the plastic surgery and the heavy, dated makeup and the hair extensions and lashes look bad, they signal that the woman wearing them is performing the role of woman. she is displaying that she is doing what a woman “should” be doing by trying to be beautiful
