I'd say that the most important part will be the Powell's tone and further indications for this year rather than the cut itself

$BTC Everyone was talking about the whale who shorted BTC.
This is how liquidity works. The prices went down to liq at $82,384 and he was able to close it in profit. When closing a short, you have to buy the asset, hence the bounce.
