I tried my first ever AI software factory and it's mind-blowing. 🤯
My old workflow included babysitting agents:
1) Pick an issue
2) Ask the agent to implement it
3) Check the output
4) Merge/send feedback
My new workflow:
1) Review the PR
SuperPlane 1.0 does the rest. It's an open-source AI software factory that uses AI agents to automate boring dev work.
It picks the issues from your repo, runs the agents and verifies the work before it gets to you. You just review the code and decide what gets shipped.
I'm already using it for one of my projects, and I plan to add the rest too.
Open source for the win!

Last month, 52% of the pull requests our team merged were automated through SuperPlane.
Today, we’re launching @superplanehq 1.0: an open source software factory for engineering teams.
We built it because using a coding agent can feel like becoming its assistant.
Starting sessions. Checking its work. Chasing failing CI.
SuperPlane takes on that coordination:
- Scans your backlog and proactively picks up tickets suited to automation.
- Runs a coding agent and verifies the result.
Works through CI failures and review feedback.
- Your team reviews the evidence and decides what ships.
The setup, instructions, and standards are shared across the team. When someone improves the process, everyone benefits.
Choose your agents and models. Run it on your own infrastructure.
We spent more than a decade building CI/CD at Semaphore. We’ve seen how much teams can accomplish when routine work runs reliably in the background.
Now we’re bringing that approach to coding agents.
Here’s how it works:

A Git platform where agents actually ship.
Start an agent in an isolated cloud workspace, assign a task, and it writes code, runs tests, and opens the PR.
Run long running tasks directly from your repos.
Congrats to @stylessh for launching this.

we just shipped Magic Sessions in Trylle
a new way to run longer coding tasks directly from your repos
try it on trylle.com
- start from an issue
- kick off a task
- test the change
- open the PR
here’s me taking a real issue all the way to a pull request

Almost 7k people read the MacBook article.
As a result, I recorded a video that shows how to easily set-up your MacBook with the:

From ~70 views to ~1000 views and growing.
I uploaded this video and it performed badly. It was 9/10 or 10/10 (I don't remember).
Yesterday, I updated the title and thumbnail.
When I went to sleep, it had ~70 views.
When I checked it now, it has ~1k views and growing.
The main challenge for writers (and content creators) is coming up with content ideas.
You might be familiar with writer's block and the frustrating feeling of looking at a blank editor.
