Is it fair that HOA don’t allow the homeowner rent out their own home, even during the economic downturn here in California, the homeowner have to make tough choices to move out their home, but HOA doesn’t let them rent out their homes, what’s the right for homeowners here in California? Comment your thoughts, if you are real estate attorney, please share your thoughts on this.

Watching Xing Xing the monkey smile literally light up my day, animals have so much spirit & heart, they feel happiness & pain. Pls be kind to animals. Now Xing Xing finally get to live a life, seeing how happy & free she is. Wish the world can be a better place for animals

Yass. It’s finally here, the first ever wildlife crossing is going to open on Dec.2 here in California, as you can see some wildlife animals are already starting to use this crossing, it’s great for ecosystem & eco-environmental system here. but it’s also becoming controversial. As some people are questioning why California government spent 140 million$ on this project. The Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing is funded through a public-private partnership combining private philanthropy and public government dollars. As total costs have risen to roughly $114 million due to economic pressures and construction delays, the remaining overruns have been increasingly filled by public state funding and additional private fundraising managed via the National Wildlife Federation. As a California resident, we pay so much taxes, but I have to say this is one of the project I finally see government put a good use on it, cause most time California government wasted our tax payers money on useless things & those politicians stole our tact money for their own selfish gains. We owe so much to the wildlife here on earth, humans invaded their space, took their land, isn’t it right to give back to them? To protect those wildlife? They deserve living too. What’s your thoughts on this? Although why California government took over 10 years to build this? They said it’s due to engineering challenges, economic inflation, and weather-related delays. Specialized Habitat Requirements: Designing a bridge for mountain lions, bobcats, and deer requires more than concrete. It needs specialized native soils, sound walls, custom native vegetation, and wildlife-guiding infrastructure so animals actually trust and use it. Funding and Cost Overruns: While kickstarted by private philanthropy—such as a $25 million pledge from the Annenberg Foundation—public funds and state conservation grants make up the bulk of the ballooning $114 million total budget. Massive Scale and Location: The bridge spans 10 lanes of the busy U.S. Route 101 Freeway in Agoura Hills, California, hemmed in by steep canyon and hilly terrain. Weather Delays: A near-record rainy season saturated the construction site, causing flooding and pushing back the original completion timeline from 2025 to late 2026.

❤️ THE STORY OF POTATO 🐾 A SECOND CHANCE AT FOREVER! A few weeks ago, Brittany met an unhoused woman and her pup. Being the big-hearted person she is, she took the time to hear their story. When she learned they had been living on the streets, she began bringing food, water, and essentials for the woman, along with treats and toys for the pup. His name? POTATO! 🥔❤️ (I know, adorable!) He’s an eight-month-old Pitty mix little angel. As we learned more about Potato’s story, our hearts broke. We knew we wanted to help this sweet boy find the safe, loving home he deserved. With care and respect, we asked the woman if she would consider surrendering Potato to us so we could help him find his forever family. She agreed, trusting us to give him a brighter future. ❤️ Now Potato is safe with us, enjoying walks, car rides, treats, and lots of love! He’s microchipped, fully vaccinated, neutered, and healthy. He’s gentle, great on leash, good with other dogs, affectionate, and mostly house-trained. He deserves a warm home, a loving family, and the security of knowing he’s home for good. NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP! ❤️ Please share Potato’s story. If you or someone you know is interested in adopting him, DM me for more information. Sometimes we can’t change every circumstance, but we can change one little life. And sometimes, that little life changes ours, too. LET’S GO, POTATO!! 🥔🐾❤️ Your next chapter is just beginning, buddy. Let’s find you FOREVER! 🏡❤️
