@juno I think you've been hacked!! Cust had password issues, went to sign in to reset their password and now REQUIRING DOWNGRADED PASSWORD SECURITY. It won't accept capt letters or symbols, yet there's no option for 2FA and your support pages still list Windows 98! #DataBreach

2-factor authentication or (2FA), is a must for any account. You receive a phone call or a text message w/a code when your account is signed in from an unknown device. For the better #ITSec we advise using a hardware key, which requires physical interaction. #Security #STL
