From the second I signed up for Twitter Blue (don't judge me) I've been flooded with spambot "engagement" on my old tweets. It's just silly. It's not fooling me, and it shouldn't fool anyone else. This platform is doomed.

Frustration with Seattle's loss of big trees has hit a new level: activists are living in a massive Western red cedar on Northeast 88th Street that was slated to be cut down today. They say initial designs spared the tree and taking it makes no sense.

The amount of spam bot DMs i get on this platform has gotten worse since Elon took over. I thought one of his big goals was to get rid of bots. Like....what are we doing here, dude? What was the point of all this?

Yesterday, @elonmusk’s Twitter labeled NPR “state-affiliated media,” even though the company’s own policy stated the organization shouldn’t be labeled as such because it has editorial independence (left).
Hours later, Twitter removed the reference to NPR in the policy (right).
