I bloody well did another run solo! IN THE SNOW!! I think I grinned all the way! I’ve been reading @mackie_bella ’s book Jog On honestly one of the best books I’ve read recently. Read if you are looking for honest, palatable & funny writing. Thanks Bella you’re totally inspiring!
Yesterday was run 7. Nik and I were both very un-enthused at the start but we quickly changed our mind. It’s the first time I’ve run solidly for 3 mins which I’m super proud about... small steps!! 🙂 #thisgirlcan #running #getfit #Couchto5K
#r1dragqueensden - loving this podcast!!! I cannot wait to hear @michellevisage on the show this week!!! I’m facinated to know - how do you choose a drag name? Is there a format? Is it bestowed upon you? Or is it just something you already know?

NO EXCUSES
Following arresting 3 people in a day for drink driving (1 who was nearly 4 times the limit) we've put together a list of all the valid excuses there are for this dangerous & illegal activity.
Please take a moment to study it before you go out tonight.
Thanks
