A yield target is easy to advertise. Understanding how it’s generated is a different story. That’s what I want to look at with @grvt_io and Grvt Earn. The product is expected to bring tokenized fixed-income strategies to Grvt 2.0, with target yields of up to 11%. But the headline number tells me very little on its own. I’d want to know what assets or strategies sit behind that return, what risks come with them, and how withdrawals work when market conditions change. Self-custody matters but it doesn’t automatically make an investment low-risk. Users still need clear information about the underlying exposure and the terms attached to their capital. For me, the quality of Grvt Earn won’t come down to the highest advertised yield. It’ll come down to whether the mechanics are understandable before users deposit. What would you check first: the source of yield, the risk exposure or withdrawal terms?
