🥖 Kidney Bean Sloppy Joe Stuffed Garlic Bread! 🫘🧀
If you love Sloppy Joes and garlic bread, you need to try this! Crispy garlic bread stuffed with seasoned ground beef, Goode Foods Dark Red Kidney Beans, peppers, onions and melted cheese. A hearty family dinner that’s easy to make and doesn’t require a bunch of fancy ingredients!
🛒 INGREDIENTS:
* 1 loaf French bread
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 can (15.25 oz) Goode Foods Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 small onion, diced
* ½ green bell pepper, diced
* ¾ cup tomato sauce
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp smoked paprika
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 3 tbsp melted butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp dried parsley
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Brown the beef. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Add the vegetables. Stir in diced onions and green bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
4. Make the Sloppy Joe filling. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the kidney beans. Gently fold in the drained Goode Foods Dark Red Kidney Beans. Simmer another 3–4 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce thickens.
6. Prepare the bread. Slice the French bread lengthwise and scoop out a little of the soft center to create room for the filling. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Make the garlic butter. Mix melted butter, minced garlic and dried parsley. Brush over the exposed bread.
8. Stuff the bread. Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture generously into the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the filling.
9. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the bread is toasted around the edges and the cheese is melted.
10. Slice and serve! Let cool for 3–5 minutes before cutting into thick portions. Don’t worry if some filling spills out. That’s part of the goodness!

Honey butter cornbread with whole kernels of corn baked right into it. This is the kind of cornbread where you cut one piece while it’s still warm and somehow half the skillet disappears before dinner 😂
The honey butter melting into all those little cracks is what really does it.
Honey Butter Cornbread 🌽🍯
Ingredients:
* 1 cup yellow cornmeal
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 1 can Goode Foods Whole Kernel Golden Corn, drained well
* 2 tbsp honey
For the honey butter:
* 4 tbsp softened butter
* 2 tbsp honey
* Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and place it in the oven while it heats.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter and honey.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Gently fold in the drained Goode Foods Whole Kernel Golden Corn. Don’t overmix.
5. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add a little butter to the bottom, then pour in the batter.
6. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. Mix the softened butter, honey and pinch of salt together. Spoon it over the cornbread while it’s still warm and let it melt down into the top.
8. Cut yourself a big piece, drizzle with a little extra honey and serve warm.
That bite with the crispy edge, warm corn kernels and melted honey butter… GOODNESS. 🌽

Sweet, chocolatey and ridiculously good… and you’d never guess there are black beans in it. 🍫
This Black Bean Oreo Dirt Pie is rich, creamy and tastes like an actual dessert, but the blended Goode Foods Black Beans sneak in some extra protein, fiber and nutrition without making it taste “healthy.”
