Announced this week: Van Winkle has been awarded the construction contract. Experienced, local firm with excellent reputation!
Zoning unanimously approved, demolition complete, construction out to bid, & possible ground-breaking in mid-July. God is good!
Demolition has begun! Trash chute and dumpsters now visible onsite.
