Brazil, thank you for winning 👍
If Brazil falls to the right wing today, the Trump capture of South America will be complete. The US, Israel and Russia anti-democratic forces will have greater room to concentrate operations on Mexico and Canada. Brazil’s outcome will carry global consequences for democracy.

So tired of this question. The rich already own everything, they have everything they need, they no longer need us. THEY NO LONGER NEED US. They don't need a working economy. THEY WON. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. They will step over your dead body on the way to the golf course.
Serious question: If AI eventually becomes capable of doing 80% of the jobs humans do today, who exactly is going to have enough money to buy the products and services these companies are selling? I feel like we’re skipping over a pretty important part of this conversation. 🤔

Obama had the perfect opportunity to pass Medicare For All. Instead, he pushed a give away to Big Insurance and Big Pharma. What a wasted chance. Imagine how many lives would've been saved? Instead, we got two terms of Trump. Which is truly Obama's legacy.
OBAMA: What is radical about that wanting everybody to have healthcare. How's that radical?

#PuertoRico is experiencing its highest COVID levels in over 2 years. Levels are deep into the burgundy (Very High or Muy Alto) category. They just updated wastewater levels after significant delays. This graphed levels are depicted using the CDC #bluewashing system, which downshifted all current and historical levels nationwide as of Aug 14, so in you're mind's eye, shift all levels upward on the graph. All in the Family ... of degenerates.
Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, raised his stepdaughter, Jana, from the time she was just four years old. He then went on to have TWO CHILDREN WITH HER. Why is literally EVERYBODY a sexual deviant? And why does nobody talk about this?! open.substack.com/pub/booksb…

This.
Yes, Barack, character does matter. And you showed yours is every bit as foul as Trump's when you refused to codify Roe v. Wade, refused to pass M4A, targeted whistle-blowers, and bailed out banks while letting millions lose their homes.

The US lacks any true leaders. It's all about maintaining the status quo for the donor class. Will people ever wake up and demand real change?
I think Dems will probably win the midterms (a second-term president’s party rarely ever wins the midterms) But if they lose or even if it’s close, we should ask whether it was a great strategy for Dem leaders to close the campaign promising no Dem leadership changes, promising no M4A, and promising not to pass legislation that Trump might veto. Party leaders closing the campaign with a “nothing will fundamentally change” message seems suboptimal — and discordant with challenger candidates in tough races promising that things will change.

You're right that this is a nice meal for some. In 2024, a rib-eye steak at the Wichita, Kansas location cost $38.95 (5 hours and 22 mins of work on min wage). After Trump's trade wars and Iran war, that same meal now costs $43.95, adding nearly an extra hour of work on that wage
For a love of working-class people in Michigan, Cheesecake Factory is a really nice meal that they have to save up to afford. Just so how disconnected he is…. world apart from when he was on fire 20 years ago

Style over substance is the zeitgeist of the US.
Democrat elites won't call out Trump from the left on genocide, ICE, climate, healthcare, living wage, fracking, immigration, Iran, public education... but they're all in on his decorating skills
