As humankind embarked on the monumental first lunar-Earth flyby, @ESA's Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (Juice) mission captured a breathtaking glimpse of our natural satellite.
At 23:15 CEST on 19 August 2024, the left image was taken by the Juice monitoring camera JMC2. At 23:25, the Juice monitoring camera 1 (JMC1) snapped the image on the right. This pivotal flyby subtly altered Juice's trajectory, aligning it perfectly for the subsequent Earth flyby.

#ArcticWeatherSatellite and #Phisat2 are now leaving Earth to start their missions. The two satellites are currently onboard a @spaceX Falcon-9 rocket.
The next big milestone will be separation from the launcher.
