What do you do with a giant 5x4m banner? Drop it from the mezzanine of @ANZ_AU 's busiest Brisbane branch of course! ANZ refuses to rule out enabling a massive expansion of the Beetaloo Basin by $ the 1500km pipeline that will send fracked gas offshore.

ANIMAL WELFARE GRANTS NOW OPEN 🐨💰 Georgie Purcell MP: ICYMI: Animal Welfare Fund Grants are open once again, providing vital funding for animal shelters, rescue and foster networks, and community vet services across Victoria. 💜 These grants exist because of the ongoing advocacy of the Animal Justice Party, which secured yearly rounds of funding for groups like Forever Friends (helping out my little mate in the picture). We know that support for frontline animal welfare organisations to rescue, rehome and care for animals is more critical than ever before. But grants alone aren’t enough for the volunteers helping animals in need across our state. No matter the animal in need – far too often this work is funded at their own individual expense. I know that rescue groups and foster carers are feeling unsupported and unheard across the state. That’s why the Animal Justice Party is the only political party working for a system of consistent support and funding, and to ensure upcoming regulation changes don’t impact the critical work of saving lives. But for now, if you’re a group that could do with a helping hand, it’s time to get your application in via the link below: bit.ly/4kk4qBz #VicPol #AusPol #SpringSt #Animals #AusPol2026 #AnimalJusticeParty #NorthernVictoria #Wildlife #Dogs #Cats
