We're doing @thekiltwalk in September. Three of us are walking 14 miles from Bathgate to see @RossCounty away to @AirdrieoniansFC today as training. We're raising money for @AfricaOnTheBall. If you'd like to support a great cause, keep an eye out and we'll share details.

I'm also amazed that my donations are over £600 and rising. Part of tracking my journey weekly was to keep myself honest and it's certainly worked. Any donations would be greatly appreciated! It really has dragged me through the bad walks!

This is now 2 weeks away. I've been doing different random walks weekly in Glasgow, Scourie & Campbeltown to get my miles in. Got my 18(+ a few) miles in today doing a tour of Glasgow's largest stadiums. 38k steps & a nice wee jaunt, even if the weather did turn on me
This weekend (right now, in fact) Mark is walking 15 miles around Glasgow to continue his @thekiltwalk training, so please do remember to sponsor him!

So, yeah, decided to do the Kiltwalk with a few other @centralstaggies in September which led to the bright idea of walking an extra mile a week in the 20 miles building up to it. The 14 this week turned into 16.5 (which wasn't great mentally!) but we got there in the end!
