🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🗣️ Ashley Young: "I've worked with Conte at Inter: he's crazy. On the sideline, you hear him non-stop. Training is intense, there's a lot of running, it's a little bit boring. Meetings were long, even up to four hours if we lost a game. If United appoint him and the players don't run for him, it's going to be a disaster." I remember [at Inter] if we'd lost a game, we'd go back through the whole match. Every couple of minutes he'd stop the video and ask, 'Why did you do this? Why did you do that?' "We were in the meeting room for three-and-a-half hours. As players, our concentration span is probably about ten minutes. After that, you start losing people. There were players actually falling asleep during the meetings."
