This isn't some ruthless covert ploy- this is they way it works in corporate America and business. Once a decision is made it all has to happen quick whether that's phone or web chat. People are fired all the time this way and are removed quite quickly to protect the business

I disagree. I think maximizing LJ is most important & I don’t want an offensive prodigy poached. I think it’s easier to find a quality DC than a quality OC, & when that OC is also your HC, he ain’t going anywhere.
