CN version of "Trial of Usurpation" as 僭续(usurpation/succession) 试炼(trial) reminded me that CN Xbalanque's intro for Neuvi is "there will come a day when they return, and only then will the 真正(real) 试炼(trial) begin". I guess 7.2/7.3 is not even the "real trial" yet?

I wonder what "usurpation" really means here since it is a word most commonly used by the dragons to refer to HP/shades/archons. However, since its said by Esoptron, which is also monitoring the "civilization reset" process, it feels more like a trial from HP to humanity here?

I've seen far too much misinformation about this. No, Neuvi's visions do NOT tie their wielder to Celestia's system. He is outside of Celestia's "prison" system, and his visions are purely rewards, no strings attached. He made his own vision system, separate from Celestia.

It is baffling how some people think Neuvi would willingly submit parts of his own power back into Celestia's prison system and assume the worst. He hates Celestia. He does not use Celestia's system to distribute visions, only the Archons are forced to do that.

the way neuvillette gets hate from both the "dragon fans" and the people who think the dragons are barbaric savages is extremely depressing and fitting given how he canonically feels a "lack of belonging", i just wish that didn't translate into the genshin community too.

I hate to break it to the people who want Ronova playable, but the reason I think it can't happen is the same reason Dottore and Rerir can't be playable. Traveler is already friends with their victims. Cryo sovereign and Neuvillette were both burned alive for 40 years by HP.

OMG neuvi's gem on his cravat and Naberius/Rhine's authority of life look so similar in color/style not suprising given neuvi is the "original god of life" but still, i'm glad to see the fork is in the kitchen
