Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank.
This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises.
We’ve always said crypto and banks work better together — this is what that looks like. Real innovation, real accountability, federal oversight.
The revolution isn't happening outside the system. It's happening from within it.

💳 My Honest Review of the @Gemini XRP Credit Card After 1 Year
I’ve been using the Gemini XRP Card for a year, and here’s my honest take. 👇
✅ THE PROS
💰 Crypto rewards on everyday spending:
• 4% — Gas, EV charging & transit (up to $300/month in eligible spending)
• 3% — Food & dining
• 2% — Groceries
• 1% — Everything else
🎁 Merchant Offers: Some offer up to 10% back on eligible spending, with individual limits and terms.
🚀 The Potential: I believe there’s a lot of room for growth. As crypto adoption expands, stronger merchant partnerships could make this an even more compelling everyday card.
❌ THE CONS
⏳ Payment Processing: My available credit balance typically takes about a day to update after making a payment. I’d love to see real-time updates, similar to the experience offered by the Apple Card.
🏪 Limited Merchant Offers: There’s room to expand the selection of participating businesses and brands.
💡 MY SUGGESTIONS
1️⃣ Real-time available credit updates after payments.
2️⃣ More merchant offers across everyday brands.
3️⃣ Stronger partnerships involving @Gemini, @Mastercard and the @XRP ecosystem.
I’m bullish on the potential, but there’s still room for improvement. I want to see this card continue to evolve and deliver more value to the XRP community! 💎

No August doldrums in DC this week! It was great to join the inaugural @CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee (a group I've called "the Olympic roster of crypto.") But for a “crypto” gathering, there were a LOT of TradFi players in the room like @NASDAQ, @CMEGroup, @CBOE, @OptionsClearing, @NYSE, @The_DTCC (alphabet soup!)
Everyone was in agreement. Rules written for a different era aren’t good enough. Not for consumers. Not for business. Not for innovation.
I made this case in an open letter to Congress back in 2019. Seven years later, we STILL need clear rules…. Thanks to the Trump administration, appointees like @ChairmanSelig, and a myriad of bold leaders in Congress, we’ve never been closer.
