anxiety/depression is scary af. you push away everyone that means the most to you and you start to hate the person you are. youre literally so sad and most of the time dont even have a reason to be. you could have everything you want and you can still feel so unhappy and hopeless

no one talks about the loneliness attached to being the "bigger person". you're silencing yourself and dismissing your feelings because you don't want to come across as aggressive for showing basic emotions but swallowing rage will cost you in the end.
