I just watched a reel about this on IG. His name is Javits Frimpong and he wad only 15, and was shot on his way to school by the students who'd been bullying him for being an immigrant.
His mother is still in Ghana and is so distraught she says she refuses to believe he's gone.

Ghanaian students studying abroad deserve better. First, it was Nana Agyei in Latvia, whose death is yet to receive the attention and justice it deserves. Now, it’s Javits Frimpong in the Bronx. Both reportedly faced bullying in school. Something needs to be done to protect Ghanaian students abroad.
