Chalk has been into horror since a young age.
“Reading Candyman terrified me, then watching it terrified me. The fact that you could call the entity by mistake from anywhere. I was 13, and then I took a big break from reading horror stuff.”

IT: Welcome to Derry Season 1 actually setup more than just another season.
We could possibly get another (book accurate) Shining.
I’m sure @chalkchris wouldn’t mind playing Dick Hallorann a few more times.

FUUUCK. There’s no show I have enjoyed more in the last few years than the excellent #PerryMason revival. There’s not a bad performance in the bunch, but I could have watched @chalkchris & Shea Whigham get their noir on for another 10 seasons.
Massively bummed about this news.

@chalkchris I will miss conflicted Paul Drake more than I can express. Perry Mason was timeless and artful and thoughtful...and I will miss seeing those stories play out. You were all just the best. 💔

I loved chatting with @chalkchris about his A+ performance on Perry Mason. Thanks for your insight Chris!
This show, and it’s cast led by Matthew Rhys all deserve #Emmy attention, despite the really disappointing news today that the show has been stupidly cancelled by HBO.
