I fully recognize that I don’t know everything, nobody can be right 100% of the time. I believe in experts, scientists, consensus, traditional sources of academia and people who have spent years learning about things I know nothing about. I’m willing to be proven wrong by them.
I’m having trouble with my optimism setting today. Somebody give me reasons why we’re going to pull off the upset tonight.

I’m going to be apoplectic if one of our idiot podcasters ruins our chances at keeping Hawkins. Can’t we just be professional when it comes to these things, like @CouzWalker and @RaspyVoiceKids ?
My hope now that the voters have given Democrats a resounding mandate is that they govern well. Don’t overreach on divisive social issues. Get justice for the Epstein victims. Investigate this war and all the insider trading connected to it. Pass common sense legislation. ETC.
I don’t want to get too excited because TCU has struggled on offense all year. That said the defensive performance today is something to build off of. Never been so happy for a bye week.

I just asked google AI when is the last time a P4 team had the worst defense in the country. The answer was virtually never. It later mentions conference bottoms such as WVU and Rutgers. I’m beyond embarrassed at the situation we find ourselves in.
