What was different? Communication!
Huge impact on trust & confidence
Spending the day at #NHSConfedExpo - lots of discussions about using data and AI in healthcare - both for efficient processes and safer clinical care - the next 10 years will be very interesting as we help patients navigate new services and pathways

Been thinking for a while how insights we’ve gained from leading Ward Accreditation programmes could help improve #CQC approach to inspections
V glad @wesstreeting reviewing thoroughly -it’s critical that inspections effectively monitor quality&safety if we want NHS to get better
Glad 2C this review but esp concerning when u consider the new CQC framework & process
Inspections that do not represent the truth of quality & safety do not help anyone
Lots of learning from leading internal #WardAccreditations could be used 2provide scalable lessons & insights
