Our provenance map shows where all of our seafood species are sourced along the UK coasts.
We have a fleet of around 40 day boats along the South Coast, and have built strong relationships with the local fishermen who practice sustainable fishing methods.
We love seeing you share your culinary creations, and it thrills us to be your seafood supplier, sourcing only the finest quality fish 🐠✨

John Dory, freshly landed locally in Rye 🎣
We take pride in the hand-preparation of our fish from scaling, gutting to filleting and v-boning.
Best recommended oven baked for a delicious, crispy whole roasted John Dory🐟
