@Inclusively had the pleasure of supporting the fantastic Common Ambition team and a brilliant steering group of people with lived experience of homelessness to co-create a detailed map of the current housing pathways across Brighton and Hove.
This project and map was created so that local services including the NHS and local government could then use this insight to help them prioritise areas for future improvements. Full case study here:

My favourite response when I've said I'm a service designer and researcher is “ oh so you design service stations, like petrol stations?” To be fair if that was a project I was approached with to design further inclusive service stations I would love it!

Are you wondering where to advertise roles to get more diverse candidates to apply?
Try running a careers event.
The problem isn’t that we’re not finding out about the job. It's that we have questions and concerns that aren't being addressed.

Another lovely bit of feedback from a project we did at @Inclusively_ with Common Ambition and a steering group of people with lived experience of homelessness.
Common Ambition is a partnership created between charities Just life and Arch healthcare.
This project aimed to create ways to make accessing healthcare services more inclusive and accessible for people experiencing homelessness and build service design capability with the Common Ambition team.
Case study coming soon!

ALT “The time, care and attention Inclusively put into planning our first design sprint and ensuring this was done in a trauma-informed way was such a great start to the project. Our co-production group loved working with you and we couldn’t be more proud of our first prototype!” – Nicky Pyper (she/her) Project Manager Brighton and Hove Common Ambition

@Inclusively had the pleasure of supporting Imperial College London to co-design inclusive service touchpoints to increase attendance rates of breast cancer screening appointments.
The co-designed SMS and video animation are now being piloted across London.
Huge shout out to Ky Moodie, @lucymstewart and Ben Young for helping to make this project so enjoyable and brilliant!
Also a big thanks to Amish Acharya and Gaby Judah from Imperial College London for being such a joy to work with and for all of your expertise and brilliant research recruitment.
