Meet Wanjiku, a 13 year old Kenyan.  Wanjiku was forced by her father to leave school and help him out with the family farm.  It was a choice between her or her brother leaving school. The choice was an obvious one for her father. Wanjiku's father had previously employed a helper for the farm and was proud to send both his children to school. With the limited rainfall over the last four years, half of the cattle had to be sold, it just wasn't sustainable.  With half of the cattle gone, a good chunk of the dairy income was also gone and so is the employed help. The last day Wanjiku attended school, she says, the subject was "Climate Change".  #aiart  #kenya
