May be an unpopular opinion but lots of finger tattoos without a hand tattoo is weird.

@ubereats_uk @Uber_Support order placed nearly 2 hours ago, driver assigned so restaurant accepted and made the order, for the driver to then disappear right on the estimated delivery time, no assigned driver now for 45 mins and now being told we are being charged if we cancel!!!
If this order is not refunded, we will be going to trading standards as per the consumer rights act 2015. Shocking service

@BritishGas I am trying to fill in an online form but after entering my details, there is no button to continue. This happens on both my phone and laptop. Tried speaking to someone on live chat and I’ve had no response for nearly 10 minutes so that’s useless too
The irony is that I’m trying to complete a complaints form for a bigger issue, but neither the complaints form, nor the general enquiries form are working. Is there any kind of complaints email address??? @BritishGas
Every single time the live chat agents ask me to upload the screenshot showing the page, the chat crashes and the agents are saying it’s a system error. I just need to be able to contact you and send this complaint. @BritishGasHelp @BritishGas
