I probably haven't highlighted Jelani McDonald as much as what's been deserved. We might be watching the best back-to-back weeks of football of McDonald's career right now. He is flying around the football field, planting ball carriers and making plays in the pass game. Just a really, really good football player for the Texas defense.

#Texas LBs Rasheem Biles and Justin Cryer played every single snap vs. Ole Miss. All 85. Two interceptions, four QB hurries, a TFL and three pass breakups between the two. They were phenomenal all evening.

Steve Sarkisian Health update on LT Trevor Goosby and WR Cam Coleman: "Neither of them looked very good."

#Texas had not run the all for more than 150 yards in a game vs a P4 team coming into Saturday night. They had just two games of 100+ yards. But the spectacular night from Raleek Brown, and breakthrough from Michael Terry III allowed for the Horns to secure a victory over a top ten team when adversity hit in the 3Q. Life is easier when you can run the ball effectively.

#Texas LB Rasheem Biles (81.1) was the highest graded Longhorn in the win over Ole Miss by PFF.

I am being somewhat facetious here, but teams would probably have great success onside kicking every time against Texas.

• 14 penalties for 121 yards • 3 turnovers, one going for an immediate seven points • 3–13 on third downs • Lost starting left tackle • Lost starting wide receiver ... and still somehow defeated the No. 7 team in the country. If this team can ever figure out how to play a consistent, disciplined four quarters, they truly could make a lot of noise in the CFB world. Big if, however.

Far and away the best game of Raleek Brown's Texas career.
