Yuval Shai Svilem, and wounding 3 others (according to Israeli media) The 2 Palestinians used a vehicle with Israeli license plates and were killed by Israeli army soldiers after a 20-minute gunfight, according to Israeli media. Netanyahu ordered al-Khalil sealed and a full lockdown of the West Bank, while Ben Gvir called for dismantling and disarming the Palestinian Authority. Following the shooting, the Israeli army imposed a complete lockdown on al-Khalil and surrounding villages, deployed reinforcements, closed roads, and began military operations inside the city. The Israeli army has begun demolishing Palestinian houses near the site of the shooting attack near al-Khalil, after Finance Minister Smotrich ordered their demolition. I talked about it in s2 even while I was still giving the season grace. in a story marred by so much tragedy it’s wild how little grief is explored and expressed in the show. it makes character connections feel hollow & irrelevant. if the characters don’t care, why should we?

we need to talk about how badly written character grief is in house of the dragon and how characters aren’t allowed to be shown mourning for too long or they can’t bring up their dead loved ones after a certain amount of time and how the fandom uses it as a gotcha
