This site has been completely trashed and spoiled. A sad historic demise. I seem to have lost interest in posting here. So far so good on Threads. threads.net/@chavighurst

Jesus I come back to this god forsaken website to find that Musk has ordered piles of shit in my notifications - lying posts by the likes of Laura Loomer and Rick Grennell. What a shithole country this is. Find me on Threads. 🤮

In the past 3 weeks, my hopes for Threads have grown considerably, b/c of the music community growing there. Folks I'd love to see active there include @its_adamneely @JasonIsbell @MarissaRMoss @chelywright @Elizabeth_Cook @FionaPrine @SoulCountry1 Check it out. It's better.

I'm having more fun with 400 followers on Threads than I did with 4,000 on Twitter. The music community there has surged there in the past month. It's lively and good natured. No Nazis in sight. If you haven't checked in for a while, do so. threads.net/@chavighurst

Oh STFU. My wife depends on @Shopify and she doesn't need AI hokum. She's upstairs fuming that the functionality she's come to rely on has been wiped out without warning or options because you're chasing shiny objects.

This sounds pretty bad. But at the same time, students are students because they don’t yet know things. The better question is whether college students learn over time that this kind of thinking is bullshit.
