CAD 11-0035. PD Elsa fresh out of training and her handler were called to the A2 after reports of a fuel theft, on a track they located this haul of stolen fuel. Then continued the track to find a male trying to run off, when faced with Elsa he soon gave up #ElsaIsFaster AC
