I’m talking about:
1️⃣ Recruiting and retaining talent.
2️⃣ Creating civil workplace cultures.
3️⃣ Upskilling and reskilling.
But it’s also full of incredibly hardworking and passionate people, who are going to enhance our workplaces—and world—forever.
That’s exactly what we discussed during the City of Houston HR Symposium. I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who joined us for my fireside chat with Jane Cheeks, HR Houston President and Director of HR, City of Houston.
