I've experienced both scenarios, that's a bummer. That said, there are certain restaurants in town where service (and food) is stellar 365, no matter the pace of the dining room. I just ate there. Where, you ask? @The_Rusty_Spoon. #ThisIsOrlando

Recently enjoyed STELLAR service at a really busy eatery. Returned on a dead night & watched empty-handed servers blow past set-aside plates for ages, waited eons for the bill. Told a friend & she opined, "You ALWAYS get the worst service in empty restaurants." Thoughts, anyone?
