Sanji needed Germa exoskeleton + Ifrit Jambe, took extreme damage (bones broken), long personal fight. Toughest solo fight up to then. 2. Vinsmoke Judge — Strong Germa king with Raid Suit and genetic enhancements. High emotional difficulty from family trauma and self-worth issues. Not pure power like Queen, but psychologically rough. 3. Jabra — Strong CP9 (third strongest), wolf Zoan + Rokushiki (Tekkai Kenpo). Sanji unlocked Diable Jambe and won cleanly after, solid high-stakes pre-timeskip fight that pushed him. 4. Mr. 2 (Bon Clay) — Skilled Okama Kenpo. Competitive and technical early fight, one of his better early ones, but lower power than later opponents. 5. Absalom — Invisibility (Clear-Clear Fruit) made it annoying and one-sided for a while (plus Nami). Once grabbed, Sanji dominated. More gimmick than ETC...
