The Ninth Circuit dismissed the appeal on the basis that it didn't have jurisdiction to hear it yet. It did not dismiss the lawsuit, and it did not issue a ruling on the merits.
California voters -- why do you elect idiots like Rob Bonta and Kamala Harris to the highest law enforcement position in the state?
Bonta is either lying in this post or he is a certifiable idiot.
BREAKING: The federal court of appeals has just DISMISSED Trump’s lawsuit threatening to disenfranchise thousands of Californians right before the midterm elections
Trump’s lawsuit bordered on the absurd and was nothing more than a reckless political stunt
This meritless lawsuit has appropriately been thrown out of court

Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing.
California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.
Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct?
California: That’s absolutely correct.

Joe McCarthy was correct.

UNDERCOVER: GAVIN NEWSOM SAYS THE DSA IS "GOING TO BE DOMINANT" AND "MAINSTREAM" IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
"The DSA, the energy and the desire and demand for bold change, not incremental change, is very much going to be dominant. I mean, that's going to be a mainstream Democratic movement. Absolutely. No question about that."
That's California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a likely 2028 presidential candidate, speaking to an undercover journalist while campaigning in New Hampshire.
Asked by a "younger voter" who said "we don't want Kamala Harris, we want more democratic socialist policies":
"No one is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently."
"You can't play in the margins anymore. The system's broken. It's completely unbalanced, and we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."
FOUR YEARS AGO TODAY: Elon Musk walked into Twitter headquarters carrying a bathroom sink and delivered a message that would become one of the most memorable moments in social media history.
“Let that sink in.”
Just one day later, Musk officially took control of Twitter in a $44 billion deal, setting off a political and cultural shakeup that transformed the platform into X and reignited the national battle over free speech, censorship and Big Tech’s influence in politics.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar writes in her memoir, “I was eight years old when civil war broke out in Somalia. One day everything was okay, and the next, there were bullets piercing not only buildings but also people.” While Somalia has suffered several civil wars, the chapter is entitled, “War: 1989-1991, Mogadishu, Somalia.” Mogadishu experienced severe riots in July 1989, including a mass execution that became known as the “Jazeera beach massacre.”
If, in her own words in her own autobiography, Omar was eight when this occurred in 1989, then she was born in 1981, and was 19 years old in the year 2000, when her father purportedly obtained his citizenship, not 1982 as she currently claims.

But look closer. A court doesn’t even have to find you actually engaged in anti-social behavior.
It can enter the order if it finds it “just and convenient” to prevent someone from engaging in anti-social behavior.
A full on pre-restraint. On speech. On association. Even on housing.
A court could enter an order against Tommy Robinson to not attend a rally. To not mention a Respect Order!

You might ask, “What is anti-social behavior?”
Well, that is so vague as to give courts vast, vast powers of interpretation.
Something that causes alarm, distress, nuisance or similar.
Maybe like wearing a Union Jack shirt in a public market. Or suggesting in public that there are only 2 genders.

“Respect Orders” are far worse than you imagine.
First, look at the standards for entering a “Respect Order.”
A court need only find there was a 51% chance (“balance of probabilities”) you engaged in “anti-social behavior”
Not beyond reasonable doubt. Just slightly more likely than not

Aaron Rodgers sat at that podium in Paris and said out loud what the corporate league office spends millions trying to sanitize.
The NFL talks endlessly about “player safety” and “expanding the global game.” But behind closed doors, owners scrapped player-friendly bye weeks, forced a brutal 17th regular-season game, and shipped franchises across oceans simply because there was another dollar to squeeze out of foreign TV markets.
While families and players navigate locked-down streets, civil tension, and grueling travel schedules, ownership sits in five-star suites counting international expansion checks.
Rodgers doesn't care about league fines anymore. He’s telling you the truth: in the modern NFL, the brand and the balance sheet come first. The humans on the field come second.

When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from people who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal not in goods but in favors - when you see politicians get richer by graft and by pull rather than by work and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed

"Important issues"
Tucker Carlson has been the central figure in a foreign-tied demoralization op aimed specifically at Republicans. There are equivalent efforts aimed at the left.
His framing changes, but everything he does is to advance that op. In this case, he's promoting a third-party candidate trying to take votes from the Republican. In many other cases, he promotes various left-wing activists. But the actual issue isn't what matters; just making people feel demoralized is the key.
The message is that our country is terrible, Republicans are terrible, and there is nothing you can do to fix it other than destroy our entire system. That's the aligned ideology of the green-red-alt-right alliance. That's why he can promote far-left Abdul El-Sayed as the answer in Michigan while also claiming the Wyoming Republican isn't conservative enough.
That's why he can claim his line is dead civilians in Gaza one day and then praise Putin and defend Russia's mass murder of countless Ukrainians, Syrians etc. the next. Or offer a revisionist view of Nazi crimes.
It's why he can claim Christians are being mistreated by Israel, while actively covering for far worse mistreatment in Arab countries.
He doesn't have any principles and will say anything that will advance the demoralization.
Luckily, most actual voters have proven immune to his efforts. Almost everyone Tucker promotes has lost their races, including at least one incumbent. But the online influencer sphere is so corrupt and incestuous that they are happy to assist this effort. Their audience numbers do better when Dems are in power anyways so might be a win-win for them. Just not the country.

I can only hope that "The age of actors is over. Make way for the builders." is really true.
The election results in the US will tell us whether we are a collectively stupid, gullible people who fall for the actors, or whether we can see through the b.s. to what the actors will be bringing us this time- re-opened borders, communism disguised as socialism, violent criminals free to rape and murder in even higher numbers, and the destruction of capitalism which always brings economic devastation.
