Damn. Same thing happened here. Had a strong GM/VP - Modrak and Joe Banner in the early 00s w the McNabb draft. Had 3-4 good drafts. Then Andy pushed Modrak out, installed a yes-man, and the drafts became atrocious. Except we didn’t have a guy like Mahomes to hide the ineptitude.
