What is the crime? Knowing how to party?
An orthopedic surgeon was reportedly caught with a case full of ecstasy, psychedelic chocolates, THC edibles, mints, capsules, lollipops and vaporizer oil while trying to board a cruise ship bound for the Bahamas. "Be assured, we will act responsibly as we learn more."

Why do you buy anything you could do yourself
In theory, why would I want to buy your ai generated game if I could just ai generate it myself?

No, you have zero chance IF all the conditions below hold
People say this stuff and ignore just how catastrophic it is for society Cool, I have zero percent chance of catching up to anyone who got a significant inheritance from their parents no matter how hard I work. Great stuff.

All these AI assistants to schedule your appointments as if scheduling was ever the problem. I don’t want to go. Good luck fixing that

Everyone has examples from work of tasks that could (technology) and should (benefit > cost) have been partially or fully automated 10 years ago but there’s a lack of initiative, awareness, budget, staff, time, etc. That’s why you can’t automate a ton of jobs overnight.

Brace yourself. Just got off the phone with a friend building in SF. What's coming next in AI will make everything so far look like peanuts. There's a real chance most white collar jobs are gone within 6 months. Most people have no idea what’s coming.

It’s still my research because I have to tell it what to search and review the output
btw I’m 100% against generative AI. This technology should not exist. We don’t need it. We managed just fine without it before, we don’t need it now, don’t believe the crap those billionaires tell you. Go write that essay, pick up that pencil, watch the news, do your own research

Her story is very rare
Anne was told marijuana wasn’t addictive. She quit her job as a physical therapist to work at one of the first dispensaries in Massachusetts. Then it took over her life. Her story isn’t rare. Communities with pot shops see more addiction, more youth use and more public drug dealing. I spoke with Douglas Kennedy for this America’s Newsroom report on @FoxNews about why Question 8 is on the ballot. Watch the full segment. @AmericaNewsroom

No the fuck we aren’t
Some parents are ditching plates and silverware for a “dump dinner,” pouring the meal straight onto a foil-covered table and letting the kids dig in. For these families, it’s less about manners and more about making memories.

The "dump dinner" is a viral social media trend of staged videos primarily for engagement, not a common family practice. Children in videos often react with alarm rather than requesting it. thebiglead.com/dump-dinner-vi… theguardian.com/food/2026/feb/… newsweek.com/table-dump-din…

This guy is just rooting for you to get moisturized
Everyone is always rooting for you. Your parents want you to be a great son. Wife wants you to be a great husband. Your boss wants you to be a slam dunk hire. Every first date you’ve ever been on they’ve been rooting for you to get laid. Every time you started to tell a joke people hoped it would have a hilarious punch line. Your proximity to anyone is a reflection of themself, meaning the deck is never stacked against you, and your failures are completely your own

Replying to @theboredmoor
that's a broad oversimplification and there's def merit to what y'all are saying, but holy shit there's genuinely no way this many of y'all are going this fucking hard for credit cards as if it's basically free money. credit scores aren't even real guys! neither is money!

If you’re a bad employee your boss is not rooting for you. They’re hoping you can fail faster to speed up the replacement process.

Not very nice is it
CCTV footage from Nice, France shows the moment a mob of looters broke into a phone case store over the weekend, destroying displays and stealing merchandise. The incident comes after largely peaceful anti-government protests in many cities across France descended into riots, with damage to historic properties and thousands of arrests.

We don't want a few tiny scraps of equity in your evil, reckless, anti-human company. We want you to stop trying to build Artificial Superintelligence. You are traitors to humanity, and we will never forgive you.
