Education Is Hope: Support Schoolchildren in Zimbabwe
I’m raising funds in support of Care for Someone, a small charity with a big heart, dedicated to transforming the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in Zimbabwe. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real and lasting difference and I’m deeply grateful for your support.
Care for Someone works tirelessly to ensure that children in Zimbabwe are not forced to abandon their education due to poverty. The charity currently supports ten children at Kaunye Primary and Secondary Schools in Mutoko District, covering their school fees and giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream of a better future. We have been working closely with these children and their families for several years, and without this support, many would be unable to continue their education.
In addition to supporting schoolchildren in Mutoko, Ruwa and other areas of Mashonaland East, the charity is extending its impact to university students who face significant barriers to learning. Many of these students lack access to basic resources such as laptops, which are essential for studying, completing assignments, and participating fully in their courses.
Your donation will help provide these vital tools, enabling students to succeed academically and prepare for meaningful careers.
Our charitable mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that disadvantaged individuals have access to education and training opportunities so they can reach their full potential.
By contributing, you are not just funding school fees or equipment, you are investing in hope, dignity, and a brighter future for young people in Zimbabwe.
Thank you for joining me in making a difference. Together, we can open doors to education and change lives.

Children have been separated from their primary caregiver for more than three years. This is unacceptable. The Home Office must do the right thing. These children deserve to be reunited with their mothers and to grow up with the care, love and stability that every child needs.
@ukhomeoffice @AndyBurnham @10DowningStreet @UKVIgovuk
Please show compassion and act urgently for these families. I urge you to take immediate steps to ensure that no more children are forced to endure such prolonged separation from their primary caregiver.
Nematambudziko, a sad loss indeed

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ruzvidzo family and the entire Citizens family during this difficult time.
Rest in power, Citizens Hero. Your service, sacrifice and contribution to the struggle for freedom is well catalogued. The fight continues!

If these recalls are verified, it marks a devastating blow to our political system. The continuous and targeted dismantling of the opposition by Zanu-PF is completely unacceptable. This systematic undermining of elected officials is a direct assault on democracy.

They have every right to make that choice.

I choose you today, tomorrow, and forever.
Happy Birthday my Wife ❤️
Two weeks ago, I walked my daughter down the aisle, its a delight to welcome my son-in-law (mukwasha) into our family. It was also a quiet triumph because we were all praying that I'd make the wedding. 2yrs ago I was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer. So happy to witness my daughter’s wedding. – at Kerry, Ireland

Rueben Zhiva developed a growth in his bladder & requires surgery. He is in hospital, the daily costs of his care, along with other expenses are creating financial pressure for the family. Rueben's wife, Sinikiwe, is a person living with a disability, which adds to the challenges they are experiencing. The funds raised through this campaign will help pay for Rueben's hospital bills & provide for the welfare of his family during this difficult time.
