Also see it hitting When you train the shoulder to bring the back elbow through (at a bad angle when throwing) when swinging - that does translate to throwing and will mess with the shoulder coordination/proprioception/firing patterns

Had a case where muscle memory from playing SS (off balance / up and over mechanics off the back foot etc) took a pitcher from 95 mound velo no pain to 85 with crazy arm pain Within a couple weeks he got moving correctly in the torso again - arm pain gone- back up to mid 90s

Remember that time 2025 LHP @Cullenkick23 pulled down 96.7 Mound velo has taken off too -when he hits his peak this year it’s going to be awesome Dude drove in from Waco 3x a week to get after it with the big dogs up here & made a statement (the environment ain’t for everyone)

I’ve been told by 3 MLB pitching coaches that they have never looked at what I look at in the shoulder And it makes sense to them after we point it out It’s almost like there may be a reason we have so many guys throwing smoke and not getting hurt
