another thing i need to say about this is europeans regularly talk about our gas prices while failing to acknowledge that the average gas a U.S. citizen uses is a lower octane. we are paying for lower quality gas.

most americans use octane 87 or 88. we use a different form of measurement than europeans, but using the european way of measuring that’s roughly 93 RON.
