Past achievements don’t guarantee a successful future for any technology brand. Adapting for what’s next could be beyond the capabilities of any one partner. Intelligent Index from bChannels puts every partner into context. ow.ly/indn30o19RY

@SW_Help 1. Why is my weekly season ticket Woking-Waterloo more expensive than 5 daily tickets with 16-25 railcard? 2. Why can't I buy these online with my new SW Touch card & have to go to the station and get paper tickets?

1. So why can't I get 16-25 discount on a weekly season ticket? 2. Unfortunately - my helpful local ticket office tried for 10 mins to work out how to load 5 x daily tickets onto Smartcard on a ticket machine - but was unable to.
Don't just look in the rear-view mirror of past revenues - you need to look under the hood and invest in partners that have the skills, ability and will to grow.
