SHOCKING service from @TheAA_UK. No human reply to expense claim submitted on 6th September or complaint submitted on 4th August!!
Complaint:5396132. Expenses:AA1016334.
Please have the decency to get back to us within the timeframes you suggest!
Perhaps @AAPresident could help?
Hi @TheAA_UK , I do not have an hour or so spare to sit in a queue on the phone to ARC in Lyon so could you please have someone call us today with an update as to what day this week our car will be delivered back from Italy? The reg number is BG57 VXZ
Perhaps you could help @AAPresident as the service is shocking. Our car still is stuck in Italy following a failed 'repair' a month ago. No attempt was made for 10 DAYS to contact the garage to arrange repatriation!
