I must check them out again having seen them around 1975 at the Fairfield Halls and backstage after.

I remember it well. And the excellent support acts like Little Feat and the Sensational Alex Harvey Band

Well, well, well. How about that. Remember seeing the Clash there in the 70s. Very weird!!

I think it's totally appropriate that Link Wray be in the RnR Hall of Fame. youtu.be/ZP60LwIOSgs

Link Wray BOTD in 1929. The fact that he is not in the @rockhall shows how ridiculously out of touch that fucking place is. Jimmy Page! Pete Townshend! Bob Dylan! Neil Young! They all praise him. I named my son after him. I saw /met him once. #Rumble @Link_Wray

3 selections from Ascot this week have all been 2nd. Let's go one better today with Ten Sovereigns in the 3:40. Didn't stay the trip last time and has the measure of all of these.#racingtips
Fleeting has a favourites chance in the 3:40 today and Dee Ex Bee is progressive and likes Ascot in the 4:20. Happy racing #racingtips
King of Comedy came close for us yesterday. No tips today so I'll have 2 for you from Ascot tomorrow #racingtips
Royal Ascot - could be King of Comedy's day, weather permitting. Looked a superstar on debut and has been performing well since.
