And the proof of vaping's detriment to health?
Since a significant number of people report vaping has helped them get - and keep - off cigarettes this move is illogical.
This Australian jihad against vaping is stupid.

Vaping has allowed many to get off cigarettes. Is it not in the best interests of people's health to keep them off cigarettes?

Paul Keating still doesn't get it.
An Australian republic must be what the voting public, not elites, want.
The vote failed last time in the absence of a direct election option.
Australians don't trust politicians. Direct election is the only publicly acceptable model.
Whilst the 2/3rds majority proposal had - and still has - merit, it is not acceptable to the public.
Unfortunately, the elites still believe they know best. Those same people failed to heed the lesson and are doomed to see it repeated.

It's ok. Mr 91% will continue blaming Covid and it appears most will happily believe him.
Question is when will people stop hero worshipping and start paying attention to what is happening.
When will the opposition start effectively highlight these issues?
It is an issue that isn't going away and could have devastating consequences...

For a report by scientists, the Covid modelling report released by the Victorian government is disturbingly full of hyperbole, misinformation & unevidenced assertions. It reads like political spin, not science. abc.net.au/news/2020-09-06/v…

Moot. Barring something unforeseen derailing Bill Shorten and the ALP, the election is all but won.
Everything, polls, betting and circumstance dictate @LiberalAus will not win the forthcoming election. A point of which I'm sure you are well aware.
This deal was always a dumb idea. China is a communist country with no respect for copyright, trademarks or intellectual property. It also conducts espionage to gain commercial and other advantages.

I agree with Michelle @TheDestroia 100%. What is wrong with a platonic hand shake that cannot be misinterpreted? Hugging and kissing complete strangers is not only uncomfortable, it can be misinterpreted or potentially lends itself to misinterpretation.
